Ken shares with us his story of recovery over the past 30 years.  He came in at over 300 pounds and is now maintaining around a 170 pound weight today.  His story is one of isolation, depression and anger, which he says depression is anger without enthusiasm.  He was very ambivalent about working the program and only worked it so he could prove it didn't work and move on with his life.  The program worked, however, and it got him through some very tough times in his life.  He is proof that we can stay in recovery and keep coming back no matter what!
